Viceroy received another hail, he then answered it personally himself.

"Yes, Venator ?" He asked awaiting response. He saw that Venator was also hailing the Romulan Star Empire Leader, he thought this discussion would be interesting.

he paused.

"They attacked one of my ships for no reason. If they try anything again, I Will most definitely declare War on them. I want to know if I have support if this event must happen."

"Cant you see, i just made a trade agreement with them, and i risked my fleet to save them, it is a tactical decision to leve them be, i would be worried about yourselves more than you are about them" i said and closed the channel
