Hail: United Earth To Cardassia

"Ensign, Hail the Cardassian High Command, if they answer transmit." Spoke Supreme Admiral Viceroy.

"Hailing, Captain." Respectful replied the Ensign.

The hail went through to the Cardassian Leader, awaiting approval of transmission.

"Who From." legate replied.

"Says Supreme Admiral Viceroy, Sir."

Legate sat in the command chair and tried to look sophisticated.

Ensign received something on his computer then looked at the Supreme Admiral. "Supreme Admiral, the hail has gone through. Transmission initiated. You may now proceed with the conversation." Ensign explained to the Supreme Admiral as the screen showed the Leader of the Cardassians.

"Greetings Leader of the Cardassians, a pleasure to be in your acquaintance. Before I go any further, I would like to know how are you, how is your new office as Leader of the Cardassian Empire ?" Asked Supreme Admiral Viceroy.

"Please call me Ventaor, I am in a good mood today, a rarity on Cardassia now a day. The Dominion made us play a heavy Price but we finally saw the light. The office ... is well. Still in construction. Well my good Admiral What brings us, on this conversion ." Venator Said

[Viceroy]

Viceroy smiles.

"Peace be kept with you Venator. I come before you today to discuss some priorities of the United Federation. We would like to offer you peace in all form and way, by this I would like to present to you the Judicial Cooperation Treaty. This Treaty will mean we are to defend one another in times of war, respect one another's laws while in their territory, be cooperative towards one another, and if one crime is fulfilled in Cardassia then the person fleas to the territory of the United Federation of Planets he will be obliged to be prosecuted by our Supreme Court and he will be tried and given punishment by your Laws. So what do you say Venator ?" The Supreme Chancellor awaited what he had to say, in the mean time he had some other work to go to...

The Admiral nodded to Venator.

I respect your decision, I shall send the treaty in 0500 hours, Admiral Out. The transmission ended.

"Very Well, Good Admiral. Glinn End transmission"

The Transmission ended and legate threw a cup at the View screen

"Dam federation, can't even do any think worth while,
a peace treaty. how will that help the million that got massacred"

A Gul Walked into the room and said

"Then why did you accept the treaty."

"because the Romulens would rather destoy us, The Kilgons would kill us With honor cause we have none. The Federation is the only faction we can trust to not back stab us. Now leave all off you"

Legate left and went to his quarters.
