A Romulan scout appeared on the border of Cardassian space, it was seen by a Battle ship that watched, just then a War bird De-cloaked and started firing at the scout, the War bird fired a few shots and had misses and hits, the scout hailed the galor

"I am a former Romulan Major from the Tal'Shiar, I have information that is vital to the Cardassian empire, please assist, I am sending you the shield modulations of the Romulan ship chasing me" said the Major, he sent the shield modulations

as the Ship moved the closer the Warbird sized firing and moved to incept the Ship.

in the background the 1st officer ordered a crew man to tow the heavily damaged ship into a hangar bay.

he warbird diddnt respond, instead the ship turned around and cloaked, the ship then went to warp, seeming as the planets detection satilite could still see it, the warbird diddnt stick around

the occupant of the scout was brought to the bridge under armed guard

"Take me to Garran, i have important news about the Romulans, this is important tactical information" said the Major

"By the way, adress me as Major Tamalak" said Major Tamalak

The major came on to the bridge of the Morow.
"So Major my leader is at devron Now negotiating with your leader why should I listen to you" Nellor asked
As he waited for the Major to sit down he moved away from the view screen and sat in the command chair.

as the major said that the Romulan Scout powered up, flew out of the shuttle bay and self destructed

"I may be here, but i am not here to give you classified information about the romulans that you dont need to know" said the Major

(Also if you are put in jail, your faction falls to the next highest player, not NPC, wich would mean your faction would become dead untill you get out or someone joins your faction, you cant buy ships, you can still collect income though, but cant control anything else)

The Major was escorted away once he was out of the Bridge and gun shot was herd and the guards came back in.
"Dalin, Call Jagul Borrow now, and tell him to go to Devron with 100 battleships." Nellor said as he laid back in his seat
