Picard Empty Picard

Ok in the New time line (one made my Nero), if there is a movie that gets to the TNG era, I'm wondering if it will be the Picard will the same Picard we all know and (some ) Love, or a completely new Picard, or someone not even called Picard

I think it might the be the same Picard, but a more Militarist themed, but not by much

I liked the JJ Abrems Movie, but it diddnt feel like startrek to me.
