LOL, Role Playable eh ? Well Romulans are usually not one of the war races, they do at times join with the Klingons, however, the Klingons are more powerful and vicious and when they kill someone, they claim to kill with honour.

well The klingons would be better to RP with we just have to use the Romulens, Since the Federation isn't really much of a up front faction like the Klingon's and Cardassians

No, it is not the mirror universe, it is in the real universe, just some things changed, like Terok Nor (DS9) surving to the end of the war, and the Federation still having a fleet left......Yah.

No in my RP there some weird stuff going on i jumped 10 years into the future. in that future I had killed Viceroy and started a war between the Cardassian and Federation

Since I never did kill viceroy its a Alternate Universe
