The Viceroy is elected every 31 Days (1 month), (s)he is the one who
rules the planet in the Supreme Chancellor's absence. His/her overseers
are the Federation Council and the Supreme Chancellor. But the Viceroy
is to follow any orders given by Starfleet Command in time of offensive
emergency.


The Viceroy may form the Planet's Senate which shall vote on all things
regarding the planet. IT should bt noted any Laws made by the Federation
go for every planet including this one and no law of that planet shall
overrule Federation Law.
