Its this simple, you are in the Cardassian DMZ, so find that Quo'Nos is in the Beta Quadrent, so you look at the stats, it tells you how long it takes.

Yes, it would only be 6 Hours. It is all labelled below the Galactic Map itself in the Galactic Map Thread. You see, all it explains to you. It says "Deep Core - Beta Quadrant (2 Days)" Cardassia is in the Deep Core, Qu'Nos is in the Beta Quadrant. I also would like to warn you that where you are entering is Klingon Space.
